No, purchased tickets are non-refundable. Full cancellation policies for larger groups will be provided at the time of booking.
We are a cash-free venue, so payment is only accepted via card or other digital payment methods.
You don’t need tickets; your booking is registered under the name you used to make the reservation.
You can purchase your gift card online and pay directly with your credit card here. The gift card will be delivered immediately after the purchase is completed to the email address you provide. If you are giving the gift card as a present, you can send it directly to the recipient’s email address. No shipping costs or delivery time!

We don’t have a guest list. If you want to avoid queuing at the nightclub, you can purchase a pre-sale ticket which includes priority access.

On November 1, 2023, the Police Authority decided to introduce a total bag ban at major events in Sweden.
We at Golden Hits would like to clarify that this ban generally does not affect us, as we are not subject to the permit requirements that this decision pertains to. However, we still encourage our guests to avoid bringing bags if possible. We also ask our guests to be aware that security personnel on site may search bags for everyone’s safety.
