Q: Visitors with mobility impairments?

There are no steps at the entrance or to access the show on the ground floor. If you wish to see a show on the upper floor or visit the karaoke bar/other nightclub floors, you will need assistance from our staff to access the elevator. Tables, bars, and accessible restrooms are available on the ground floor. Please inform us at the time of booking if someone in your party uses a wheelchair, as we have a limited number of seats with extra space for our shows.

Q: Can you pay with cash?

We are a cash-free venue, so payment is only accepted via card or other digital payment methods.

Q: What is your age limit?

Entertainment is suitable for ages 13 and up. Please note that the entertainment is not child-friendly, and the noise level can be high at times. After the entertainment ends, the nightclub takes over, and guests under 18 years of age are not allowed in the premises. The age limit for the nightclub is 23.

Q: I have allergies, what should I do?

Please contact us by 4:30 PM the day before your visit to inform us of any allergies. If you have multiple allergies or require special dietary accommodations, we kindly ask that you reach out at least one week in advance. The easiest way is to click on the 'book' button directly on the event page. Alternatively, you can also contact our guest service directly at 0775-330 200 , open Monday to Friday.
