Q: When does the nightclub open?

The nightclub opens at 22:00 PM and stays open until 3:00 AM. The karaoke bar opens at 7:00 PM if you want to have a meal from our à la carte menu or enjoy a drink before the nightclub starts. Karaoke begins at 9:00 PM.

Q: When does Golden Hits open?

Guldbaren on the ground floor opens at 6:00 PM. Here you can order delicious drinks and food from our à la carte menu, which you can find here . For other opening hours, click here .

Q: When does the entertainment start and when should I arrive?

Our show starts at 7:00 PM, with arrival at 6:30 PM.

Q: Tickets for booking after 2:00 PM on the same day as the show?

Q: How do I sign up for the guest list for the nightclub?

We don’t have a guest list. If you want to avoid queuing at the nightclub, you can purchase a pre-sale ticket which includes priority access. You can find them here

Q: How do I buy my gift card?

You can purchase your gift card online and pay directly with your credit card here . The gift card will be delivered immediately after the purchase is completed to the email address you provide. If you are giving the gift card as a present, you can send it directly to the recipient's email address. No shipping costs or delivery time!

Q: How do I redeem my gift card?

Use your gift card as a payment method online or call our Guest Service at 0775-330 200 , available Monday to Friday.

Q: Where is the gift card valid?

Gift cards issued directly by Golden Hits are only valid at Golden Hits. Please note that the gift card cannot be used as a payment method on-site. The gift card can be used for the upcoming season as long as the booking is made within 1 year from the issued date.
