Q: How do I redeem my gift card?

Use your gift card as a payment method online or contact our guest services at 0775-330 200. Please have your gift card handy so you can provide your gift card number, which is printed on the back.

Q: Where is the gift card valid?

Gift cards issued directly by Golden Hits are only valid at Golden Hits. Please note that the gift card cannot be used as a payment method on-site. The gift card can be used for the upcoming season as long as the booking is made within 1 year from the issued date.

Q: Do you have a bag ban?

We have no bag ban. However, we still encourage our guests to avoid bringing bags where possible. We also ask our guests to be aware that security staff on the premises may search bags for everyone's safety.
